FORMS OF PAYMENT 

Only the registered Credit Card holder is permitted to submit an order.

Merchandise will be shipped only to a verified U.S. billing address.  The shipping address MUST be the SAME as the billing address for the credit card you use, otherwise your card issuer will not approve the sale.

Customers wishing to have merchandise shipped to a different address must FIRST register that address with their credit card provider.  Since the downturn in the economy, the Credit Card issuers are getting very tough on this.

MINIMUM ORDER

We attempt to suggest the minimum order of $25.00 (less shipping and handling charges) due to rising quality labor and shipping costs.  We will attempt to accommodate orders that are less than the $25.00 minimum.  However we highly suggest that you adhere to the minimum order as the Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges for even lightweight (1 to 2 pounds) products are typically well over $13.00 these days and can severely offset your potential savings since the credit card processors require a delivery signature.

SPECIAL ORDERS 

Special orders:  Special Orders require PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL by either  Money Order, Bank Check or Wire TransferSpecial Order cancellation is ONLY a recourse if:

 Following final delivery to you, Special Orders are NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES .  Make absolutely certain the product is what you desire.

Shop first… Then decide on the model, size, and color... Then place an order.  If YOU change your mind, YOU will pay for it. We do NOT add the cost of handling returns to our prices for other customers to absorb.  We do NOT believe that is fair to the customers that KNOW precisely what they desire and purchase it.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express orders are only accepted within the United States.  If you live outside the U.S., then you need to make your payment by PayPal, Western Union Wire Transfer or Bank Wire Transfer in U.S. Funds for the

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

 

BLUZ BROZ. ENTERTAINMENT will replace defective merchandise within 30 days from date of purchase.

After 30 days you must return all defective merchandise directly to the factory, or to a factory warranty service station.

Any returned units that are found to be defective due to abuse, consequential damage, incidental damage or improper installation will NOT be considered as a warranty item and will be returned UN-REPAIRED to the client freight collect.

To obtain shipping, handling & insurance charges on the products you wish to order...  Please call us Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 Midnight E.S.T. (Eastern Standard Time) at 1-954-938-2006.  Or just E-MAIL us the items you are interested in and we will E-MAIL you the proper shipping charges.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:

 

All units requested for return for "In House Credit" or replacement must obtain an R.M.A. (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number first!

 

DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS WITHOUT THIS NUMBER !!!  

All products that arrive without an R.M.A. Number will be REFUSED and RETURNED TO THE SENDER!

They must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and be in like new condition.  All original boxes, packaging materials, instruction manuals and accessories must be included with the returned unit(s).  If absent, the unit(s) will be returned to the client freight collect and uncredited.

 

All units returned for "In House Credit" will incur a mandatory 35% restocking fee. This return privilege is NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS.
